The Ethical Safeguarding in Aesthetics Licence is a voluntary CPD-accredited professional safeguarding framework designed to support ethical and trauma-informed practice within aesthetic and beauty settings.

It is not a statutory treatment licence issued by a local authority and does not replace council licensing requirements.

Upon receipt of payment (including deposits), licence allocation, administrative processing, documentation preparation, and resource setup commence immediately.

For this reason, deposits are non-refundable.

Any discretionary partial refund, where offered at the sole discretion of the organisation, will be processed within 28 days of written confirmation and may be subject to administrative deductions.
