This Employment Safeguarding License provides a legally sound, AI-informed framework for the protection and welfare of individuals working across all forms of employment. It ensures organisations meet safeguarding standards that protect employees, contractors, freelancers, part-time staff, and supply workers from abuse, exploitation, and unsafe work practices. Define the roles and responsibilities of employers, HR teams, safeguarding leads, and employees in upholding ethical safeguarding standards. Demonstrate strategies for protecting vulnerable workers, including young people, agency workers, freelancers, individuals with disabilities, and migrant workers.
